A gallery you can scroll, memories you can hold.
Every wedding I photograph comes with a hybrid gallery: the whole day in digital, a handful of frames shot on real film, and a set of prints included.

Digital lets me capture the entire day without missing anything. Film is where I slow down, so those ~100 frames become the keepsake layer. Together you get the full story and the moments you'll want to hold onto.

That’s okay! Most people aren’t professional models with loads of experience in front of the camera - so you’re in good company.
If you're nervous, I’ve got you - I’ll keep things light, steer you toward easy moments with your partner, and remind you to look at each other and breathe. Most of the best photos happen when you forget I'm there - but in the more posed, directed moments, I’ve got a number of movements and cues to help you feel natural and easeful.
If possible, we’ll also meet in person for a coffee or beer before the wedding to establish a rapport so we’ve established some trust before the wedding day.

Yes. I'm based in Denver and regularly travel around Colorado. I am happy to go further, and generally the added cost is limited to a night of lodging and flight. Get in touch with your wedding location and I'll share details.
Let's make something you'll hold onto.
Tell me about your day, your people, and what matters most. Let’s capture the moments that matter most.
Hi, I’m Luke.
For the past 10 years I've been a filmmaker and photographer, working with dozens of businesses and nonprofits, as well as families and couples. I’ve called Denver home since 2022 and you can find some of my (film photo) work around town on display in coffee shops or on the websites of local businesses. I’ve got an artist heart - I love to write and, obviously, make art with my camera. Weddings are a special thing - you’ve probably been thinking about how to make yours special for years. Capturing it right matters - I do it with intentionality and care.
One of the biggest things I’ve learned through my work, especially with regular people like you and me, is that every story is unique. That’s something I carry in my mind throughout the entire wedding day. Unlike some other photographers, I don’t do a million weddings a year - this is so I can show up energized with real care - not just running you through the same poses as every other couple and running out when our time is up.
I only take a few weddings a year, so I can really get to know you. Before the day, we'll get to know each other, and talk about who and what matters most: grandparents, little ones, the dog, the detail someone's been working on for months.
The person you choose to photograph your wedding is one of the most important decisions you will make - after all, you’re going to spend the entire day with them. That’s why I prioritize building a relationship with you and your fiancé prior to the wedding, and pride myself on packing a warm presence (along with a few cameras) en route to your big day.
On your wedding day I'll be a calming and supportive presence for you, your fiancé, and your loved ones. I'll guide you into the best photos, steer you toward the best light, and with plenty of weddings under my belt, I know when to be a fly on the wall and let the moment speak for itself. I'll tell you how great you look, even mid-happy-cry. Relaxed couples make the best photos, so my first job is to help you enjoy your day.
If that resonates, I’d love to chat. There is no sales pressure - I want you to feel good about your choice. Talk soon!
